Pricing for nearly all of our products can be found on the website! There are a couple products that require you to request a quote, but we'll get back to you within 24-48 hours. We'll be launching our product catalogue soon as well.
The key is using a high quality file with at least 300 dpi. The best files to use are .ai, .psd and .pdf. We can work with .jpg and .png but if they're low quality it could have an impact on the quality of how it's printed.
We do! Individual product pages have a 'template' section and they can be found here as well. Some of the templates aren't online at the moment so just send us an email if you can't find it. This will allow you to start designing your product, however if you have an existing file we can do it for you.
Of course! We list quantities by their price breaks for your convenience, but you can order whatever quantity you'd like. You still must meet the minimum order quantity for a product however.
We're able to do some simple graphic work to put together your design file. This includes taking your existing logo and adding text to the artwork file. If you need a creative packaging solution we can assist you, but there will be a fee based on the size of the job. For a full package design we'll need your input on the vision you see for your packaging, then we'll send you multiple designs to choose from. We'll then take your feedback on your preference and tweak it until it's perfect.
Most custom products are manufactured in China. However, all manufacturers have met quality standards that put their products on par with any other bag manufacturer in the world. This means you get the same great product but at a significantly lower price point. Custom shatter envelopes and stock packaging are predominantly manufactured in the USA.
